This isn’t refurbishing. Not a makeover. And definitely not some rustic pastime. This is radical branding with a style explosion and a concept implosion. The Weinvilla in Wolkersdorf isn’t a project. It’s a total work of art. And LoBo was there from the very first spark to the very last Instagram caption. Business idea? Ours. Brand name? Ours. Logo, claim, texts, color world, renovation concept, interior vibe, photo design, web design, booking system, international translations, SEO, legal content? All LoBo. Navigation? Rethought. Not a menu bar, but a design tour. Booking system? Synced with Airbnb – no friction, no double bookings. Storytelling? Local but never provincial. Between Vienna views and Weinviertel stories, with pace, edge, and real life. Drone videos? Hell yes. And they hit hard. A design stay for people with attitude, taste, and vision. Or as we say: Not an accommodation. An exception.

KUNSTQUARTIER A pop-up museum with its own shower. Reduced, curated, aesthetics at full blast. ZEITQUARTIER A retreat with garden access, where design and silence share the couch. Both quarters are design-obsessed, edgy, extravagant. No vintage pastiche, no “shabby chic.” But design modernism with a touch of wine flair – and a straight-up wow effect. The interiors?
