If you write us, use the contact form, or just browse our site – data pops up.
Not because we’re nosy – but because we want to reply. Or learn how to get better.

What that can include:

  • Name, email, phone number (if you provide it)

  • IP address, browser type, operating system, language, time, referrer URL

  • Form content (voluntary, of course)
     

We use it to:

  • Reply to you

  • Start Projects

  • Improve our Site

  • Detect and prevent Attacks
     

Legal basis: Our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3. Cookies? Only the good ones.

Our site uses cookies:

  • Technically necessary (forms, sessions, etc.)

  • Analytics cookies – to see what works and what doesn’t.

4. Tools & Third Party Stuff

We use selected tools, e.g. analytics or social media. They may transfer data abroad – but we stick to GDPR compliance.

  • Meta Pixel (for Social Ads)

  • Contact Forms (encrypted via HTTPS)
     

We don’t share your data without reason. Period.
 

5. How long we keep Data

As short as possible, as long as necessary:

  • Request & project data: as long as needed

  • Log data: max. 6 months

  • Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe
     

6. Your Rights and how to use them 

You get the full package:

  • Access

  • Retification

  • Deletion

  • Restriction

  • Portability

  • Objection

  • Complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authorit (www.dsb.gv.at)
